“Return of Wally West Now You See Her: Part Four,” by Dan Abnett and artist Brett Booth, starts off with my complete interest. Even though it's clique, taking the women that the hero loves, it's still makes a great concept. The way that comics are these days too, you really never know if the hero's girl is going to survive or not. It doesn't matter anymore if the character is a main character or not. No one is safe when it comes to being killed off anymore.

This comic also makes me hope that one day, we'll see Kadabra on The Flash. I feel like he would be a great character to see come to life. I've always been a fan of Dick Grayson, so seeing him as a leader and making sure everyone on his team is calm and in a mind set to get Linda back is great to see. Bruce would be proud to see him like this. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next comic brings, if Wally can save Linda or if he will be too late. Kadabra is definitely not making it easy on him, not that anyone would think that he would go easy on Wally.

The Verdict: This is a great comic that has a little bit of everything. It has action, team work, and a great villain that likes to play mind games. I am looking forward to the next issue and seeing what is going to happen to all the characters in this comic, especially Linda (considering the circumstances she's in at the moment).

“Revenge,” by Joshua Williamson and artist Carmine Di Giandomenico, is great! I know that's a word that I really shouldn't use for reviews, because it's generic, but this comic is really great. It starts off with a depressed Barry, since he lost Meena. He's determined to find Meena (since he thinks she's still alive) and is going to do everything he can to protect the other Speedsters. I don't blame the other Speedsters for wanting to get rid of their powers. I, too, would want to see if there was a way to be rid of the Speed Force if there were someone out there killing my kind. Barry hates that he can't protect them, so he goes to Iris for help (which is what I'd do as well).

The part that makes this comic great, though, is the fight between Barry and August. Even though there isn't a major physical fight between them (yet), it gives the reader a sense of why August did what   he did, why he didn't go to Barry, and why he didn't trust the justice system. The way this comic ends, I'm pretty sure that the next issue is going to start with Barry and August having that physical fight... at least that's what I'm hoping happens! I always look forward to seeing a superhero/supervillain fight.

The Verdict: I would highly recommend this comic and can't wait for the next issue! I'm also curious to see whether or not Meena is alive. I am hoping that she's alive, for both Barry and Wally's sake, but it doesn't look good.

“Barry Allen's Day Off,” by Joshua Willamson and artist Felipe Watanabe, is an issue that you cannot miss. Barry and Meena really have seemed to hit it off and it seems that Barry might actually have the day off. He even gets to have lunch with Iris and stays to pay the bill, which almost never happens, since he's always running off to save the day. Things are looking good for Barry and it seems like it's a good day for him. We all know that superheroes never have the day off, though, and something is going to happen to change his simple day off to an action packed day. Trouble always makes itself known and that trouble is Godspeed; he's trying to steal speed from the speedsters and Meena.

Before Godspeed shows up, Meena is training Wally to use his powers and they save two window washers. Wally is not ready to put on a costume, but he trusts Meena to help him with the powers that he has and to help him understand them. Wally doesn't want to put the people that he loves at risk by using his powers, but Meena is going to try to show him that he can use his powers and protect not just his loved ones, but the city as well. How this issue ends, though, Meena might not be able to teach Wally these things. I definitely want the next issue to see what has happened to Meena.

The Verdict: I can see something like this happening on the television show The Flash. I am definitely looking forward to the next issue and I'm hoping that it is as well-written and put together as this issue.

“Return of Wally West: Smoke and Mirrors,” by Dan Abnett and artist Brett Booth, is definitely one of my favorite comics I have read this month. The story, the characters, the colors… everything is great! I'm going to do my best not to reveal too many spoilers because I want you all to read this comic. The Titans are forced to fight younger versions of themselves: Nightwing has Robin, Flash has Wally, etc. One of my favorite parts is when the two Flashes meet. The line that Flash says, about not being sure who he has been the past few days (this is said in a joking matter), is something that The Flash would say.

The issue is very action packed and there's definitely more to come in the next issue, which I would like to have right now to see how The Titans take down their past selves, created by Kadabra. What I would also like to talk about is the cover of this issue. Before reading this, I had no idea why this cover was the cover. It was creepy and something that I haven't seen before on a Titans's comic. After reading, the cover makes sense: it's still creepy, but it makes sense. Please do not judge the cover of this comic and read it! It's definitely worth the read, at least I think so.

The Verdict: I need the next issue ASAP! Everything from the colors to the story line is excellent. If you're a fan of The Titans, you need to read this comic. If you're not a fan of The Titans, you need to read this comic. Bottom line: everyone needs to read this comic!
