Meanwhile, Black Canary is on a ship that is carrying a container full of homeless people, who are badly burned. Canary is spotted by Emi, who knocks her out by shooting her with an arrow. Now, most of us know that when the love interest of the main character is kidnapped, the villain uses it against the hero.....which is exactly what Emi does. They hack into the computer that Oliver and Diggle are using, which Emi wants. They propose a trade, the laptop for Dinah. Of course, Oliver isn't going to let Dinah die, so he brings the laptop and goes off to save Dinah.
This is where it ends and it had me grumbling, since I'm a little impatient and I want to know how Oliver saves (or if he doesn't save) Dinah. It wouldn’t be the first time that *spoiler* that Dinah dies in the comics, so it makes the reader wonder if Emi is going to kill Dinah or if once she has the laptop she’s going to let Dinah go.
The Verdict: Even though there's not a lot of action, there's enough in it to keep the reader's interested and the plot is of course interesting. Ending on a cliffhanger makes us want the next issue ASAP.
